INACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons:

- Certain videos do not offer subtitles, audio descriptions or transcriptions, therefore the WCAG 1.2 Time-based media guideline success criterion has not been met;
- Certain input forms do not have an associated label and even though there is a label on the screen for the field in some cases, it is not correctly associated with the corresponding input form, therefore the WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text content, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships and 4.1.2 Name, role, value success criteria have not been met;
- Some input modules are associated with more than one label, therefore the WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships success criterion has not been met;
- In some pages, the hierarchical order of the headings is incorrect, so the WCAG 1.3.1 Info and relationships success criterion has not been met;
- The purpose of some input modules that collect information about the user was not programmatically determined, therefore the WCAG 1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose success criterion has not been met;
- In some places, the contrast between the main text and the background is inadequate, so reading could be difficult; therefore, the WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum) success criterion has not been met;
- The page zoom capabilities are limited or not fully adjustable so it could be difficult to enlarge the content to facilitate reading, therefore the WCAG 1.4.4 Resize Text success criterion has not been met;
- In some pages, the enlargement of the text to 200% could cause it to overlap with neighbouring text, or truncate or obscure the enlarged text, therefore, the WCAG 1.4.4 Resize Text success criterion has not been met;
- The sub-menus with links to the sub-categories of products that appear when the mouse is hovered over the reference category, present in the main browsing menu, cannot be closed without moving the position of the pointer (for example using the ESC key on the keyboard) therefore the WCAG 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus success criterion has not been met;
- Certain elements that are clickable and interactive using the pointer, including the links and buttons of the main browsing menu, do not have the correct codes to be operated with the keyboard, making it complex or impossible to use by people who cannot use pointers. Some functions are not available for people browsing the website using the keyboard, therefore the WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard success criterion has not been met;
- The title (tag) < title >of some pages is not significant, therefore the WCAG 2.4.2 Page Titled success criterion has not been met;
- The label of some buttons and some input fields may not be significant for users, therefore the WCAG 2.4.6 Headings and Labels success criterion has not been met;
- The order in which the keyboard focus is switch may not respect the order in which the elements are visually arranged on the page, therefore the WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order success criterion has not been met;
- The text of certain links is insignificant, therefore, the WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) success criterion has not been met;
- The visual indicator that highlights the active element receiving the keyboard focus is not visible on all the elements that can receive the keyboard focus, therefore the WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible success criterion has not been met;
- The error messages in certain pages are in English, but the language of the text is not identified, making it difficult for the text conversion to audio solutions to perform the transformation correctly; therefore, the WCAG 3.1.2. Language of Parts success criterion has not been met;
- The semantics and function of certain elements are not correctly conveyed to the assistive technologies, therefore the WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships and 4.1.2 Name, role, value success criteria have not been met;
- In some pages, the structure of the HTML code does not follow the standard, creating potential problems with assistive technologies, therefore the WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships and 4.1.1 Parsing success criteria have not been met;
- Some status messages are not conveyed correctly to the assistive technologies, therefore the WCAG 4.1.3 Status Messages success criterion has not been met.
